What if you knew there was nothing wrong with you?

I help sensitive and neurodivergent people finally like and trust themselves, without the overwhelm, shame, and constant self-doubt that holds them back.

My clients struggle like you do. Despite being self-aware, empathetic, and hard-working, life is still harder than it needs to be.

When they first come in, they can’t seem to quiet the negative, critical voice in their heads. They try to be exceptional in every area of their lives (work, relationships, and even their “self-care”), but they can’t seem to shake this pervasive sense that there’s something wrong with them.

Their feelings seem to be “too much” for everyone, including themselves. They find themselves crying often when something “small” happens, and then are mad at themselves for crying and getting so upset “over nothing.”

They feel like they can’t be fully themselves, even around their closest friends, because they’re so worried about what everyone else thinks about them. They’re not even sure who their real self is anymore behind the mask.

Their self-doubt and anxiety get in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of friend, partner, or professional they want to be. They feel like they’re failing at upholding the perfectly crafted image they put out into the world. They know there’s more to life than what they’re living right now.

Before they came to see me, they worried that asking for help meant they were weak. Simultaneously, they thought their problems weren’t “bad enough” to get help for. And they were pretty certain that if they slowed down enough to feel their feelings, they’d get swallowed alive by what they found.

Overwhelm was taking over.

Like my clients, you deserve to rest, play, and connect without shame or guilt. Trusting your feelings, body, intuition, and desires is not out of your reach.

If you want to finally like and trust yourself, I’d love to help you get there.
