Individual Therapy
Who I work with:
-
In addition to being neurodivergent myself, I have advanced training and experience in providing affirming therapy and assessment for people who are Autistic, ADHD, both, or otherwise neurodivergent. Sometimes my clients come to me already having a diagnosis (either self-diagnosed or through formal psychological evaluation), or they’re just beginning to explore the possibility that they might be neurodivergent. I’ll meet you where you are.
-
I have particular passion and experience in working with other healing professionals, including therapists, social workers, physicians, and other healing and social service professionals. Common issues I work with include burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious traumatization, excessive caregiving in personal relationships, relationship with money, and those studying IFS therapy who want to learn the model from the inside out.

Psychedelic experiences can be profound, but the real transformation happens in how you integrate them back into your daily life. Whether you're preparing for a journey with plant medicine, psychedelic compounds, or breathwork - or processing one from last week or even decades ago—I can help you make sense of it, maximize the benefits, and navigate any challenges. With training and experience in psychedelic therapy and integration, I’ll support you in getting the most out of your experience while staying grounded and safe.
I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy including preparation, journey sessions, and integration. Check out the details here.

Modern science has shown us that the old adage, “time heals all wounds,” couldn’t be further from the truth. I have extensive training in helping people heal from trauma in their pasts, whether the pain is recent and acute, or began in your early life. I have particular focus and experience in supporting survivors of complex, relational, and developmental trauma, including the wounds of neglect, sexual abuse, physical abuse, intimate partner violence, and societal oppression.

People often come to me for help with a chronic, pervasive feeling of anxiety and being overwhelmed by life. They often feel like everyone else seems to have gotten a master class in being an adult and managing life, and they somehow missed out. Cue shame, sleepless nights, and a feeling that it’s all just too much. My clients tell me that my particularly grounded, calm presence helps them feel safe enough to slow down, untangle the roots of their overwhelm, and find a way forward.
Therapy As Unique As You: My Approach
-
Neurodiversity-Affirmative Therapy
As a neurodivergent therapist, I don’t just have book learning in this stuff - I get it in the way only other ND people can.
I specialize in working with late-diagnosed Autistic and/or ADHD people, and those who are wondering if they may be neurodivergent. When your brain is different, your therapy needs to be, too!
-
Internal Family Systems Therapy
IFS therapy is a gentle, transformative, and non-pathologizing approach for healing trauma, depression, anxiety, and more, as well as for self-exploration and growth.
As an IFS Level 2-trained therapist, I serve as a guide, helping you deeply listen inside to get to know all parts of yourself.
-
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapies like Brainspotting, EMDR, and somatic IFS incorporate the body in the healing, rather than focusing solely on analyzing and figuring out.
Through the use of tools like interoceptive awareness, breath, movement, eye gaze position and eye movements, sound, and energy work, somatic therapy can gently and effectively heal pain at its roots.
“To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear.”
